When choosing a theme for Sound + Reiki class, I sometimes head to my trusty tarot deck for a theme that will be meaningful to the group. The card that I pulled was the Ace of Wands — a card of raw potential, new beginnings, and the spark that wants to move through us. When we work with this energy, we call forward courage and vitality to create something new.
For the gathering, I built a crystal grid to hold that ignition:
Center: Clear Quartz Pillar — amplifying every intention and sending light outward.
Inner ring: Citrine, Carnelian & Sunstone tumbles — a trio of joy, courage, and manifestation to stoke creative fire and call in possibility.
Outer ring: Smoky Quartz & additional Clear Quartz points — providing grounding and safe energetic boundaries as we expand.
We paired this with Reiki focused on the lower three chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus) and layered sound to move stagnant energy and awaken inspiration. To do this practice in your daily life, hold the intention:
I welcome the spark of new energy and trust it to grow with joy and courage.
